Warranty for our brand new Lightsabers is 1 year, this does not account for damage to the hilt caused by the customer, or blade damage, the warranty covers the electronics kit inside the saber, replacement kits are issued and are easy to install.    

We do not have warranty on blades that have been used, for returns on blades your blade must be undamaged with no signs of use.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed you must contact us within 24 hour maximum before we process the order, if the order has processed we have to charge a 10% restocking fee.

• Neopixel lightsabers have hundreds of super bright, colorful LED strips inside the blade itself, making the lighting effects superior and realistic. They also have cool animations like blaster deflections and smooth real jedi style film effects.
• RGB lightsabers have an LED in the hilt, which lights up the whole blade. They’re not as bright as Neopixel, but they’re more durable and better for dueling, They also weigh less which is great for spins!

In short: Neopixel is for amazing effects and brightness and the true Jedi experience, while RGB is great for durability and dueling!

SN Pixel and Xenopixel are advanced lightsaber technologies commonly used in custom and replica lightsabers.

They enhance the visual and sound experience by utilizing neopixel blades, which have hundreds of individual LEDs built inside the blade, this is why they can make crazy effects, super bright, just like a real lightsaber would look! All Neopixel Sabers are fitted with a LXR3 speaker- the ultimate speaker made purposely for Lightsabers. - Between the two boards the only difference is SN Pixel uses 'real voice inspired' sound fonts!

This is an advanced board, popular with extreme Lightsaber hobbyists, they offer the largest amounts of customisation, but they take some learning to work!

Our Proffie board sabers come pre-installed with 25 sound fonts, each with their own individual effects, they offer superior sound quality and smooth-swing. 

Yes, at Galaxy Sabers we include the blade(s) in all of our brand new Lightsabers packages as standard!

Depending on which Saber you have this is pretty easy, you can use motion control to flick onto another sound font (yup realistic right!) or you can use the buttons to click and hold to switch the settings in a few seconds!

Yes! we know you may want to keep the 'hummm' down at nighttime, all sabers offer volume control and a mute function for total silence while the blade is still lit!

All of our Lightsabers (minus our kids version) are made from aircraft grade aluminum, we offer almost raw, anodised & chrome finishes! The grade of excellence in hilt design is what we pride ourselves on.

All Lightsabers come with a built-in rechargeable battery.

This depends on RGB or Neopixel.

RGB can last upto 4+ hours while on, this is because they draw a lot less power compared to neopixel.

Neopixel batteries typically last up 2/3 hours, if you take care of your battery and charge using a 5V 1A you will make your lightsaber battery last a lot longer!

Galaxy Sabers offers only the precise, exquisite range of Lightsabers, these run from Beginners, Advanced, & Expert Lightsabers.

The technology boards we use are Xenopixel, SN Pixel V4, RGB and Proffie 2.2, we may introduce Golden Harvest V3 in the future.

This can vary on which model you have, but most Lightsabers use USB-C cable charging, or a external USB charger.

All Sabers must be charged with a 5V 1A adapter! Please do not use PC's Laptops, Gaming consoles, fast chargers to charge, and DO NOT charge while the Sabers is ON!

If you do, you run the high risk of damaging the board and battery, this will be marked down as user error any may highly avoid warranty claims.

First we process the order, once shipped, your lightsaber should arrive within 3-6 days.

Many of our lightsabers are custom-made, so there’s a little extra time needed to craft them before they’re sent out!

Keep in mind, delivery is based on business days (Monday to Friday).

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. We offer a free label 3 days on the day of delivery, after that you will need to pay your own return costs. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. If not your return will be declined or deducted costs for any damage.
