Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage: The Company ("Galaxy Sabers Ltd") is committed to providing high-quality lightsabers to our valued customers. We offer a limited warranty for the original purchaser "Customers" of our lightsabers. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues in the lightsaber's components for a specific period from the date of purchase. Our years of extensive knowledge allows us not to abide for deceitful warranty claims.

2. Warranty Period: The warranty period for lightsabers is as follows:

  • Standard Lightsabers Free Warranty Package: 1 year
  • Upgraded (Extra charge) Warranty Package: 2 Years

3. Covered Components: The warranty covers the following components of the lightsaber:

  • Hilt: Structural defects, material flaws, and workmanship issues.
  • Electronics: Defects in wiring, LEDs, sound modules, and other electronic components.
  • We do not cover cosmetic damage to the blade, only the internal wiring.

4. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents.
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., water, heat, cold).
  • Damage due to accidents, impacts, or improper handling, both electrical and mechanical parts.
  • Damage caused by using the lightsaber for purposes other than intended.
  • Consumable parts such as batteries and SD cards, the mis-use of battery charging will not be covered.

5. Warranty Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or invoice).
  • Clear photographs or videos illustrating the issue.
  • A detailed description of the problem.
  • Broken parts to provide further evidence. 

6. Warranty Process: Upon receiving a warranty claim, the Company will review the provided information and determine whether the issue is covered by the warranty. If the issue is covered, the Company will provide one of the following solutions:

  • Repair: The Company will repair the lightsaber and return it to the Customer.
  • Replacement: The Company will replace the defective lightsaber with an equivalent or similar model.
  • Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible, the Company will offer a refund based on the original purchase price.

7. Shipping and Handling: The Customer is responsible for shipping the defective lightsaber to the Company for warranty service after 30 calender days The Customer must ensure proper packaging to prevent further damage during transit.

The customer is encouraged to use a reliable tracked courier service, if the item is lost during transit before it reaches us, we hold no responsibility nor will we provide a replacement or refund.

The Company will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement lightsaber back to the Customer.

8. Limitation of Liability: The Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as described in this policy. The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the lightsaber, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law: This warranty policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered.

10. Modifications to the Policy: The Company reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy without prior notice. The warranty policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to each lightsaber.
