What is SN Pixel & Xenopixel? 

SN Pixel and Xenopixel are advanced lightsaber technologies commonly used in custom and replica lightsabers. They enhance the visual and sound experience by utilizing neopixel blades, which have hundreds of individual LEDs built inside the blade, this is why they can make crazy effects, super bright, just like a real lightsaber would look! All Neopixel Sabers are fitted with a LXR3 speaker - the ultimate speaker made purposely for Lightsabers. - Between the two boards the only difference is SN Pixel uses 'real voice inspired' sound fonts!

What is RGB/Baselit?

These are NON Neopixel Ligthsabers - This is why they cost less. They use a single LED inside the top base of lightsaber, very similar to a torch - but WAY cooler! RGB Lightsabers are lighter in weight, make great dueling sabers and perfect for beginners who may want to spend a little less, our RGB Lightsabers are the most advanced on the market with bluetooth equipped on all, an LX2 Speaker and 2mm thick dueling blades - for the ultimate fight off! 

What is Proffie 2.2?

This is an advanced board, popular with extreme Lightsaber hobbyists, they offer the largest amounts of customisation, but they take some learning to work! Our Proffie board sabers come preinstalled with 25 sound fonts, each with their own individual effects, they offer superior sound quality and smooth-swing. 

How long will delivery take?

Once shipped, your lightsaber should arrive within 3-6 days.

Many of our lightsabers are custom-made, so there’s a little extra time needed to craft them before they’re sent out.

Is there any warranty on Galaxy Sabers?

Yes, 1 Year warranty

Warranty for sabers is 1 year, this does not account for damage to the hilt caused by the customer, or blade damage, the warranty covers the electronics kit inside the saber, replacement kits are issued and are easy to install.    

We do not have warranty on blades that have been used, for returns on blades your blade must be undamaged with no signs of use.

How long should I charge the Lightsaber?

Due to the large capacity of the 18650 battery, Charge the Light Saber for 4 hours prior to use, 4 hours should grant you a full charge which prevents a decreased battery life for longevity.
